Mixed reality concept · Machine test for Woongdoody / Infosys ®
(2025)

Virtual travel has become visually rich and emotionally empty. People can see a temple in 360°, but they can't tell whether it's real, staged, or culturally accurate, and there's no one there to ask.
Voya is a concept for a mixed reality platform built around local people. Live and recorded guides lead each journey, cultural context sits inside the experience, and users can tip guides or buy from local makers. It's designed for people who can't travel easily, whether because of age, cost or time, and need guidance more than features.
This was a solo, time-boxed machine test for Woongdoody / Infosys. There was no time for user interviews, so the research is a set of hypotheses rather than findings. The work focuses on the experience vision: how discovery, a live guide and immersion could come together in a VR-first interface.
