AI generation

Images and video generated with AI, directed like a shoot and edited by hand, so the result looks like your brand and not like a prompt.

What AI generation can do for a brand#

Generative tools can now produce imagery and short video that would have needed a location, a crew and a budget a few years ago. Used well, they let smaller brands produce campaign-quality visuals, test ideas before a shoot, and keep a steady flow of content without repeating the same photos.

Used carelessly, they produce the glossy, slightly wrong images everyone now recognises. The difference is direction.

Directed, not prompted#

I treat every AI project like a shoot. It starts with a brief and a mood board, a clear idea of light, setting, styling and the feeling we are after. Generation is only one step: images are selected, combined, corrected and retouched by hand until they meet the same standard as photography.

  • Campaign and social visuals
  • Product imagery and lifestyle scenes
  • Concept art and mood boards before a real shoot
  • Short motion pieces and animated loops
  • Backgrounds, textures and editorial illustration

Consistent with your brand#

A single striking image is easy. A set of images that clearly belong to one brand is harder. I build a visual reference for each client, covering colour, light, composition and the details that recur, and use it across every generation so the work stays recognisable from one month to the next.

Where your real products need to appear, they are photographed or supplied and composited into generated scenes, so what customers see is what they will receive.

Used responsibly#

I use commercial tools with clear usage terms, avoid imitating living artists or real people, and tell you which images are generated so you can label them where your market or platform expects it. Generated product imagery never misrepresents what the product is.

What you get#

  • 01

    Creative direction

A brief, mood board and visual reference agreed before any generation starts.

  • 02

    Image sets

Curated, retouched images sized for web, social and print.

  • 03

    Product scenes

Your real products composited into generated settings, accurate in colour and detail.

  • 04

    Motion

Short videos and loops for social, web headers and ads.

  • 05

    Brand visual reference

A reusable guide that keeps future generated imagery consistent.

  • 06

    Source files

Layered files and the settings used, so work can be extended later.

How we work#

A first set of images usually takes one to two weeks. Ongoing content can run monthly once the visual reference is in place.

  1. Brief

    Days 1–2

What the images are for, where they will appear and how they should feel. We collect references and agree on what to avoid.

  2. Look development

    Days 2–5

Test generations explore light, setting and styling. You choose a direction before the full set is produced.

  3. Production

    Week 2

The full set is generated, selected and composited, with your products added where needed.

  4. Retouch and edit

    Week 2

Every image is corrected by hand: hands, text, reflections and colour, so nothing looks artificial.

  5. Delivery

    End of week 2

Final files in every size you need, plus the visual reference for future work.

Questions#

Can I use AI-generated images commercially?

Yes. I use tools whose terms allow commercial use and you receive full usage rights to the final images. Laws around AI imagery are still developing, so I keep records of how each image was made.

Will the images look obviously AI-generated?

Not if the work is done properly. Every image is art-directed and retouched by hand to remove the tell-tale errors, and styled to match your brand rather than the default look of the tools.

Can you include my actual products?

Yes. Your products are photographed or supplied as files and composited into generated scenes, so colour, shape and details stay accurate.

Can AI replace a photoshoot?

For some uses, yes: social content, backgrounds, concepts and campaigns that would need expensive locations. For product accuracy and real people, photography is still better, and the two work well together.

How much does AI image generation cost?

Pricing depends on the number of images or video seconds and the level of compositing. You get a fixed quote per set, or a monthly rate for ongoing content.

Do you work with clients outside Kerala?

I am based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, and work with teams across India and abroad. Most work happens remotely over shared Figma files and short calls; for teams in Kerala I am happy to meet in person for workshops and research.

Need visuals without the shoot?

Tell me what the images are for and where they will appear. I will suggest an approach and a timeline.
